Retail Customers: Retail prices are as shown in the Retail Catalogue section of the website. There is no minimum order quantity. We will estimate your postage at the time of ordering. Postage will be be added at normal Post Office rates. (For orders of skeleton leaves only (any size order), we charge £3.00 for postage & packaging.)

Wholesale Customers: Wholesale pricelists are also available on request. The minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is £50. Orders of £175 and over are delivered free of postage charges. Orders up to £174.99 will be charged postage at £9.95.

Please be aware that we source our products from Thailand. Delivery times for out-of-stock items from Thailand can take 1-2 months, so our advice is to order in good time to avoid disappointment. We want to have you as a customer for a long time and will do our best to get out-of-stock items to you in the shortest possible time.

Colours and patterns may vary slightly from those shown and from order to order. Having said that, we feel that this adds to the hand-made appeal of our products and moreover you will be amazed at how similar the products in one pattern are to each other, given that natural materials are used throughout.
